Returns and Exchange

WILLOW + LUNA wants you to be excited about your new bag. All bags are handmade and sometimes custom. Please request a refund for all custom bags within 48 hours of placing your order. Ready to Ship bags can be returned within 10 days of receipt, the bag must be returned in an unused and new condition. If you receive or give a WILLOW + LUNA bag as a gift, it can be returned within 10 days of the bag’s delivery date. The bag must be unused and returned in the condition it was received. All bags purchased at a pop-up may be returned for store credit within 2 days after the event, the bag must be unused and have all original tags. Please do not return any bag to WILLOW + LUNA without prior conversation. All store credit must be used within 30 days of receipt via email. There is a restocking fee of 10% for all returns.
